This project documents Au Miel Occitan, a family-run beekeeping business in Beaucaire, France. Over the course of seven days, I followed the beekeeper and documented his work — from hive care and production to the quiet rhythm behind a wide range of honeys, pollen, and honey vinegar.

The Story Behind the Shoot
The focus was on authenticity and craftsmanship. Rather than staging the process, the goal was to observe the daily work as it unfolded and to capture the connection between nature, production, and family life.
The series was edited to reflect the calm pace of the work, with attention to texture, light, and detail. The result is a documentary story that shows both the precision of the process and the care behind the final product.
